Returns and Refund Policy

I. Ineligible for Refund/Exchange

1. Insufficient shipping address: Buyer has the responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing orders. We will not refund for items which are sent back to us due to insufficient addresses. Re-sent option is available in some cases and buyers have to pay an extra cost for shipping and handling fee.

2. Customer order wrong size: Since your order is custom made and printed just for you, we are not responsible for exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size please prefer our sizing chart page to get more details of sizing and product information before placing orders.

All Items purchased from artists are custom made and printed just for you. Refund cannot be offered unless the item is defective, damaged.

Return product must be in original conditions with no sign of wear or wash out. Shipping fee won't be refundable in any case

We do not offer returns for full refund or exchanges on any face masks for hygiene and safety reasons because of covid-19

II. Ineligible for Changing or Canceling

1. Order has been placed after 5 hours and/or in production.
2. Order has already shipped and/or the tracking has been sent. 

III. Eligible for receiving replacement item

1. Defective item: we accept replacement items which have quality issues such as blurry print, wrong color
2. Damaged: items are damaged when arrived such as tears, holes, broken etc..
3. Wrong item: We sent you wrong item(s) (wrong design/size/type)

IV. Replacement process

Customers have 14 days from the day received items to request a replacement item or exchange. Return product must be in original conditions with no sign of wear or wash out.

1. Please send an email to our support email and include the following information: order number, reason of return or exchange, picture of wrong/damaged item.
2. After receiving an email from customers, our team will need 1-2 business days to investigate if it is eligible for return/exchange or not.
3. If replacement is accepted, an email with return address will be sent to customers.
4. An email with a new tracking number will be sent to customers after the exchange item is sent.

V. Time and method of refund

Method of refund is the same form of payment that the customer used to place an order.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, a refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by Paypal the refund will be sent to your Paypal Account within 7 business days of the returned item or cancellation request.
